Important - Do other unauthorized workshops take the necessary care in maintaining your OMEL pump or blower?
In the case of blower repairs, when unsuitable lobes are reused, out of size and with larger gaps, the blower’s performance will be reduced as it will suffer loss of flow and pressure and greater heating. The customer often does not realize this fact and their process loses efficiency, generating great financial loss;
Machines delivered to OMEL for repair are carefully inspected by our metrology and quality control department. If clearances or damage to the lobes prevent them from being reused, new lobes will be installed. At the end of maintenance, all blower lobes are carefully balanced. This is an extremely important step to ensure the quality of the maintenance performed and preserve the useful life of your blower.
